The
Objective
The project aimed to redefine the traditional real estate sales journey through innovative technology integration. Working closely with Rustomjee team, was challenged to create a modern, immersive experience that would transform the conventional property showcase approach. The goal was to move beyond fragmented traditional media touchpoints and create a cohesive, technology-driven user journey.

Once the brief was received, our team began ideating for the experience center. We strategically divided the customer journey into four distinct zones, each designed to deliver a comprehensive and immersive understanding of the project. Our goal was to create memorable experiences that would induce brand recall and provide customers with deeper insights into the development.
Zone 1
Curved LED Panel + IoT Scale Model Integration
The initial zone was designed to give customers a comprehensive understanding of the entire project from a building elevation and views perspective. We connected a scale model to our custom-developed core software, allowing potential buyers to visualize the project's planning, final appearance, and the views they would enjoy from their apartments.

A 20ft × 10ft curved LED panel with a PP ratio of 2.0, calibrated and connected with IoT functionality, controllable via an 11" iPad Pro
Zone 2
Immersive Amenities Experience
Following Zone 1 in the sales journey, this area was conceived to provide detailed insights into how various amenities would feel once the project was completed. To achieve this immersive experience, we installed a 36ft × 10ft L-shaped LED panel displaying amenities at a 1:1 scale, covering all offerings within the project.

L-shaped LED panel with a PP ratio of 1.8 displaying content in 4K resolution, controllable through an application on an 11" iPad Pro.
Zone 3
Enhanced Sample Flat
The sample flat serves as the heart of any experience center, providing customers with a detailed understanding of what they're purchasing. The experience is elevated by focusing on the project's biggest USP - "The Window View." We installed massive LED panels to showcase the actual views from the apartments at different times of day, giving potential buyers a realistic perspective of what to expect.

Large 42ft × 10ft LED panel displaying window views throughout the house, controllable via an iPad application on an 11" iPad Pro.
Zone 4
Smart Discussion Room (Immersive Sales Tool)
After the thorough experience of the entire project, clients are brought to a private discussion room where they can explore the development in full depth using our core tool. This comprehensive system covers four aspects of the project: overall planning through project overview, available amenities, interior units for sale, and the location story showcasing the lifestyle offered in the surroundings.
Technical Implementation
55" touchscreen TV connected to a high-end PC system capable of running 4K real-time rendering of the project's digital twin, also controllable through an iPad application.

Results
The implementation of V-Estate has yielded impressive results for Rustomjee. Within the first month of deployment, over 700 demos were conducted, indicating strong engagement from potential buyers. The average engagement time for luxury projects has increased from 20 minutes to over 50 minutes, demonstrating the tool's ability to captivate and inform customers. For Rustomjee 180 Bay View, despite having only one physical, all 4BHK variants were successfully sold with the help of the Interactive software tool, attributed to the virtual showcasing capabilities of V-Estate. The project has seen a 75% reduction in printed marketing materials, with brochures decreasing from 400 to 100 in the initial phase, showcasing the effectiveness of the digital tool. Additionally, the renders are being leveraged for marketing efforts including in OOH campaigns, News Publications, brochures and more.
