Objective

  • L&T Realty wanted us to curate a digital platform where they could showcase their The Gateway Project, highlighting the prime location, unique design, and lifestyle benefits of the property. Their objective was to offer prospective buyers a clear, immersive view of the architectural design of the tower, highlighting magnificent sea views and exceptional connectivity with Mumbai. Additionally, L&T wanted to provide an online experience for their international clients so that they could engage remotely. They also wanted to generate engagement and wanted to create strong impressions on their stakeholders and buyers, so they even planned a grand launch event for the same.

The Gateway Project, located in Mumbai's heart, has been a subject of extensive architectural details highlighting. The immersive software solution provides interactive experiences through 15 touchpoints, capturing various ambiances and dynamic window views. It also features an in-depth virtual tour of the Crown part, highlighting luxury amenities and stunning sea views. The vicinity map is curated to connect the north and south, enhancing the project's strategic location.

The immersive software was set up in 5 dedicated sales meeting rooms and was comprehensively designed to facilitate interactive customer discussions.

Technical Implementation

Display Setup -
Each room was equipped with a 55” touchscreen TV, and that was connected to high-performance PCs capable of 4K real-time rendering of the digital content.
Control Interface - Sales professionals can control the software using an 11-inch iPad Pro device, offering flexible and intuitive navigation during client presentations.
LED Screen Integration - To showcase project highlights and maintain the visitor's interest, software was integrated into the main LED screen in the waiting area, which could be controlled via iPad.

A dedicated Location AV video was made, combined with engaging storytelling and lifestyle narratives, to visually focus on the connectivity advantages through the prime location of the Gateway Project. That video highlights the upcoming projects that connect to South Bombay, like Navi Mumbai airport, the Mumbai Trans Harbour Link, and the Orange tunnel.

For the grand launch of the project at Jio World Convention Centre, hybrid 3D anamorphic content was curated. Also, we inculcate stereoscopic sound technology that enhances the immersive experience during the event attended by 200+ channel partners and stakeholders.

Virtual sales tool web version V-Retail

Sales reps could conduct live guided sessions via the video calling feature of V-Retail, extending the reach of in-person sales efforts. V-Retail’s web version enabled seamless virtual walkthroughs for international and remote clients.

  • The interactive sales tool V-Retail optimized the complete sales process for L&T, moving beyond traditional scale models and brochures and enabling a fully digital and engaging experience for customers.

  • The 3D anamorphic launch content helped generate strong early sales due to increased excitement and visibility for clients.
